WilcoAI is a training and rehearsal aid only. It is NOT for use as a primary or secondary communication tool in actual flight operations. AIVIATION LLC is not affiliated with the FAA.
WilcoAI's ATC controller is AI-generated and may issue phraseology, clearances, or instructions that diverge from current FAA standards. Never act on a clearance or instruction received in WilcoAI. Always cross-reference live ATC with current FAA publications:
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using WilcoAI, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old.
2. License Grant
AIVIATION LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WilcoAI for personal, non-commercial radio-procedure rehearsal and training purposes on Apple-branded devices you own or control.
3. AI Features Disclaimer
WilcoAI generates simulated ATC transmissions and grades pilot readbacks using cloud AI provided by Amazon Web Services and Anthropic. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of phraseology, procedures, or current ATC practice. Grading, controller responses, and debrief summaries are for training purposes only. They do not constitute official FAA guidance. Always verify against current FAA publications and a qualified flight instructor.
4. Subscription Terms
Tiers and pricing (USD; may vary by region):
- Free -- One Daily Challenge attempt per day. No subscription required and no account needed.
- First Officer -- $2.99/month or $19.99/year. Quick Drill across every category up to a daily cap of 5 sets of 10 reps (50 reps per day), resetting at midnight Eastern; three Daily Challenge attempts per day; full streak history.
- Captain -- $6.99/month or $49.99/year. Everything in First Officer plus Phase Block (5/month) and Full Flight (3/month) scenarios, and 20% off scenario credit packs.
- Consumable credits -- One-time purchases granting individual Phase Block or Full Flight scenario attempts without a subscription. Captain subscribers see a discounted variant.
Free trial: A 7-day free trial is available to first-time subscribers on the annual billing period of either First Officer or Captain. The monthly billing period does not include a free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription at the price listed above. Any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal price is the same as the initial subscription price.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing and canceling subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until that date.
Consumable credits: Non-refundable once consumed in a session. Unused credits remain on the purchasing Apple ID indefinitely.
Refunds: Processed by Apple. Contact Apple Support through your App Store purchase history.
5. Intellectual Property
FAA Order JO 7110.65 and the Aeronautical Information Manual are U.S. government publications in the public domain. AIVIATION LLC claims no copyright in those underlying texts. The app's UI, voice synthesis pipeline, grading rubric, controller-prompt design, scenario catalog, and branding are (c) 2026 AIVIATION LLC. "WilcoAI" and "AIVIATION" are trademarks of AIVIATION LLC.
6. Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app
- Citing app content as official FAA guidance in enforcement proceedings
- Using simulated controller transmissions, grading, or debriefs as the primary or sole reference for actual flight operations
- Acting on a clearance issued by the WilcoAI controller
- Distributing or reselling access
- Using the app for any unlawful purpose
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS." AIVIATION LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SIMULATED CONTROLLER TRANSMISSIONS, READBACK GRADING, AND DEBRIEF SUMMARIES MAY CONTAIN ERRORS, MAY DIVERGE FROM CURRENT FAA STANDARDS, AND ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR INSTRUCTION FROM A CERTIFIED FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR OR FROM CURRENT FAA PUBLICATIONS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIVIATION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON SIMULATED CONTROLLER TRANSMISSIONS OR GRADING. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Florida. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your state of residence.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the new effective date constitutes acceptance.
